Class Policies
1.Registration: All classes require pre-registration unless otherwise stated in the class description. Your payment will reserve your spot in the class. In the event that you must withdraw from a class, we ask that you let us know at least 2 days prior to the start of the class. In this case, we will offer you a full refund. Please do not ask us to make exceptions.

2.Cancellations: If we have insufficient enrollment for a particular class, we will make a decision two days prior to the start of the class to cancel. In this case, your payment will be fully refunded or you can choose to transfer your payment to another class.

3.Attendance: Please arrive to class about 10 minutes early so class can begin promptly at the scheduled time. It is also important that you plan your schedule carefully, however we understand that conflicts sometimes come up unexpectedly. If you are not able to attend one of the sessions for a given class, you may schedule a make-up class for an additional fee of $10 per hour.

4.Materials: Each class offers a list of necessary materials needed for the project. Please visit the shop prior to your first class to purchase any supplies you may need.

Return Policy
Yarn (with labels intact) can be returned within 2 months from date of purchase for a store credit only. Receipts must accompany all returns. Books, needles, patterns, and all other merchandise are always final sale.
